Terms & Conditions

1. Orders and Deliveries

  • Order Placement: Orders are considered confirmed upon payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order due to availability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues.

  • Delivery: We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe. Our delivery time starts from 10am – 3pm. Delivery platform is handled by lalamove. However, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic). We are not liable for delays under such circumstances. 

2. Self-Pickup Policy

  • Customers have the option to self-pickup their flower bouquets from Afloweryart studio which located at PJ (we will send the exact location once your order is confirmed). This option allows customers to personally collect their orders to avoid any unforeseen issues related to delivery.
  • Responsibility Upon Self-Pickup: When opting for self-pickup:
  • The responsibility for the bouquet’s condition transfers to the customer upon collection.

  • Afloweryart is not liable for any issues arising after the bouquet has been collected by the customer, including but not limited to wilting, damage, or any changes in quality.

3. Product Information and Substitutions

  • Product Descriptions: While we strive to accurately depict our products, images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual floral arrangements may vary in color, size, or composition due to seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.

  • Substitutions: In the event that certain flowers or materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute them with alternatives of equal or higher value without prior notice.

4. Quality and Satisfaction

  • Quality Assurance: We guarantee the freshness and quality of our flowers upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours accompanied by photographic evidence for assessment.

  • Recipient Responsibility: Once delivered, it becomes the recipient’s responsibility to care for the flowers. We are not liable for issues arising from improper care.

5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

  • Refunds: Refunds will be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Partial refunds may be issued for returned items, excluding return postage costs and subject to handling/processing fees.

  • Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging for consideration of a refund.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled with a full refund if done 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After this timeframe, cancellations may not be possible. 

6. Liability and Force Majeure

  • Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect damages.

  • Force Majeure: We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

7. Privacy and Data Security

  • Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in a court within Malaysia.
